Passages is an invitation to dance with the changes we are going through.
Sometimes gentle, sometimes abrupt, these movements of life can be met through a deep connection with the body and its messages, opening us to new perspectives and helping us navigate the transformations that life invites us to embrace.
Each of the 5Rhythms® — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness — acts as a portal, a catalyst for transformation, guiding us toward greater fluidity, awareness, presence, and love for ourselves.
Each rhythm is a teacher, revealing what is alive within us. They teach us to welcome ourselves in our deeply unique nature and help us transform our resistances into fuel to move forward with confidence.
In a rapidly changing world, where time seems to accelerate, these workshops become essential supports.
They help us go through this great planetary transition, where everything shifts, unravels, and reshapes.
We are called to let go of what we can no longer control, to trust, and to place ourselves in the hands of Life so as not to sink into fear or anxiety.
Passages brings us back to what is stable and reliable: our body.
Through dance, we reconnect in a simple and powerful way with our inner being, with the earth, with all living things, and with our inner fire.
We relearn how to feel, to settle, to listen.
To reconnect with ourselves, with others, with the world, and to sense that our place is precious. That each being, like each blade of grass, has its rightful place in the greater whole.
Dancing the 5Rhythms is allowing ourselves to be moved, to open to something greater, to learn how to observe ourselves, to step back, and to trust Life’s movement.
Accompanying transition through movement and presence
Passages is an invitation to join two cycles of 5 workshops, each held over one afternoon and spread throughout the 2025–2026 school year.
By registering for the full cycle of 5 workshops, you have the opportunity to make up for any missed sessions during the second cycle.
You can also choose to attend a single workshop according to the theme that resonates with you.
However, it is recommended to follow the entire journey to truly experience the depth of this practice and discover its medicine in all its organic and universal structure.
Where & when?
5 Saturdays from 2 pm to 7 pm at Rue de Saint-Jean 1, 1260 Nyon (same venue as the Magic Sundays).

How much?
CHF 90 per workshop or CHF 400 for the full cycle of 5 workshops.
