I am interested in ground, space, focus, presence and aliveness through movement and breath.Through the movement meditation of the 5Rhythms I found a beautiful key and tool to get grounded, to express clarity, to release and and let go whatever holds me back, to get expanded in the inner space, to listen to life in stillness, gathering back „homeland“ in the physical body and aliveness through movement and breath.
