Every lived experience nourishes the soil of our existence. Listening to our various realities, combined with a movement-based approach, serves as a valuable resource for growth.
Slowing down and embracing the intimacy of what moves us allows us to bounce back and expand the range of our sensitivity to the world. The more we practice expressing ourselves through movement, the more naturally this „mechanics“ of gesture operates in our daily lives—giving us more space and time to savor the beauty of our experiences.

We will travel through two waves of the 5 Rhythms. The first to update the resource of our sensitivity, our physical feeling, the reality of the emotions that pass through us and give value to the reality of what we feel.

A second wave to make visible, to give space to this reality of who we are through the creativity of our dances and the power of our relationships in movement.
A time to receive the power of the group, its carring attention, its inspiration and its echoes of experiences.

Join us in a beautiful, wooden/glass space to celebrate dancing together. An intense and nourishing day partly in live music.

A laboratory, creative and safe space to deepen your practice of the 5Rhythms.

This workshop is accessible to all regardless of age or physical condition, no prior experience is required to participate.
