WORKSHOP PROGRAMME

Bringing nourishing attention back to our spaces of freedom, and cultivating the dynamics that deepen our sense of expansion and relaxation within everyday life.

Movement can be approached from many different perspectives. This weekend is an invitation to deepen our understanding of the transformative and creative resource that movement can bring into our lives.

The alliance between our intentions and an awareness of the pathways of expression through the body anchors a creative force that influences our states of presence and our ability to make visible what matters most deeply to us.

These two days will be an opportunity to explore and practise these pathways through movement, both inwardly, towards ourselves, and outwardly, towards expressing to the world what lives within us and shapes the authenticity of our lived experience with sovereignty.

This day of training will be guided by Guillaume Laplane and accompanied by live & mixed music with guest musicians.

This course is accessible to everyone regardless of age or physical condition; no prior experience is required to participate.
