Welcome to the WILD EMBRACE – NATURE MOVEMENT LAB RETREAT.

5 days and 5 nights of immersion in movement connected with the stunning nature of Algarve.

5RHYTHMS® WAVES, NATURE EXPLORATION, ECSTATIC DANCE, LIVE MUSIC, VEGAN CUISINE, SAUNA, OCEAN SESSIONS

May 11th (3 pm), 2026 – May 16th (2 pm), 2026
Location: Conscious community & retreat center in Aljezur area – South Portugal

We will dive deeper into the 5Rhythms map from Gabrielle Roth. Nature explorations will open up the raw and sensitive ressources of our poetics into movement with sensual and experiential connections with the elements on amazing natural sites. Practice the tools of contact improvisation to open up the multidimensional aspect of relating through the dance and pamper with massage and Thaï massage.

Our grounds are the wooden dance studio, the garden and forest, the sand, rocks and waves of the wild beaches and ocean.
Our sessions will be in live and mixed music and sometimes in silence.
We will also have time to relax, witness Sunrise and/or Sunset and enjoy walks in beautiful Nature.
