After 4 years working as a group facilitator and project manager in Adult Education (following a Master’s degree in Adult Learning), I embarked on a significant career change in 2012 to return to my artistic and spiritual path.
It was during this turning point, initiated by a journey to the United States, India and Nepal, that I discovered Sound Therapy and the 5Rhythms. After 9 years of practicing the 5Rhythms, I became a certified teacher in December 2021.
In addition to this passion for connecting people to their bodies and bring lightness and presence to their lives with Sound and Movement, I am also a coach in professional and spiritual transformation. I help individuals in finding an activity that aligns with their Soul’s Path.
Since 2015, I have actively participated in the developing the 5Rhythms dance community in Geneva and since 2020 in the Nyon by producing and offering weekly sessions called „Les Vagues du Jeudi“ (Thursday’s Waves) and „The Magic Sundays“ (Cacao Ceremony & 5Rhythms).
In these sacred spaces, I facilitate access to the colors of our soul through movement and deep connection to oneself.
We dance to fall in love with the spirit in all things, to wipe out memory or transform it into moves that nobody else can make (…) to seek refuge in our originality and our power to reinvent ourselves; to shed the past, forget the future and fall into the moment feet first.
