A day to revive the intensity of life at the door step of winter. Our energy at the start of the winter season revolves around the center of our bodies.
A time to cultivate our resources and continue to let our energy be in motion and accompany a softer dynamic in our relationship to time, to oneself and to others.
We will travel through two waves of the 5 Rhythms. The first to update the resource of our sensitivity, our physical feeling, the reality of the emotions that pass through us and give value to the reality of what we feel.
A second wave to make visible, to give space to this reality of who we are through the creativity of our dances and the power of our relationships in movement.
A time to receive the power of the group, its carring attention, its inspiration and its echoes of experiences.
Join us in a beautiful, wooden/glass space to celebrate dancing together. An intense and nourishing day partly in live music.
Facilitators:
Guillaume invites you to a weekend workshop to enrich your dance, explore the nuances on the edge of the known and the unknown between perception, expression and transformation of your embodiment and of being in movement.
Guillaume Laplane has been teaching the 5Rhythms internationally for 18 years.
He host retreats and immersive workshops in nature.
