The breakthrough for me happened in 2013 in Esalen, California, following my very first experience with the 5Rhythms. When the teacher, spoke about Gabrielle Roth and her message: „If you have a body, you are a dancer“ I cried of gratitude and knew that I wanted to teach this practice that gave me access to the joy of being embodied.
This moment marked the beginning of 8 years of devotional and intensive training, culminating in my certification in December 2021.
Since 2015, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the development of the dancer community in Geneva (in co-creation with Guillaume Laplane) by producing numerous 5Rhythms teachers and offering my own sessions as a 5R Space Holder.
In 2023, I founded a collective called The Dancing Tribe where we’re holding space for different movement practices. In Geneva we call them the Cosmic Fridays and in Nyon, we call them The Magic Sundays (Cacao & Dance).
I love creating spaces for transformation, reconnection to the multicolored palettes of our souls, and allowing us, step by step, to be ourselves, free from the judgments and injunctions we often unconsciously accept.
We dance to fall in love with the spirit in all things, to wipe out memory or transform it into moves that nobody else can make (…) to seek refuge in our originality and our power to reinvent ourselves; to shed the past, forget the future and fall into the moment feet first.
