Movement can be approached from many perspectives, and this weekend is designed to open up your understanding of the transformative and creative power of movement that we can bring into our lives.
The combination of intention and knowledge of the paths of expression through the body anchors a creative force that shapes our states of presence and our ability to make visible what truly matters to us.
These two days will offer the opportunity to practice these pathways of gesture, both toward yourself and in expressing to the world what lives within you, building the authenticity of your lived moments with sovereignty.
